Step up to the chef’s table with Chef Lee Kuebler for an immersive, front‑row cooking experience centered around the timeless classic Steak Diane. This hands‑on class blends technique, theater, and taste as you learn how to sear, flambé, and finish this elegant dish with its signature pan sauce.Guests will enjoy a live cooking demonstration with Chef Lee, complete with stories from his culinary journey, opportunities to ask questions, and the camaraderie of fellow food enthusiasts. Throughout the session, he’ll share practical tips on knife skills, heat control, and the art of tableside presentation.

A perfect evening for food lovers who want to cook, learn, and savor a restaurant‑quality dish in an intimate, interactive setting.

Lyonnaise salad: Frisée, Bacon lardons, Croutons, Dijon Vinaigrette, Poached Egg

Vichyssoise: Potato Leek Soup

Steak Diane: Potato puree

Demonstration – Chef’s Table Event: Sit back, take notes and learn new skills while your Chef-Instructor walks you through each course giving you lots of tips and tricks along the way.

If you cannot make your reservation, we do encourage you to attempt to find someone that would enjoy attending. We can only issue a credit for you to attend a future event (6 month expiration). Within 72 hours we are not able to offer a credit as we’ve already incurred food and help costs.

Lee Kuebler

Chef Lee Kuebler is a long-time Lake County resident, growing up here and raising his family. He is a graduate of the Kendall College School of Culinary Arts, has traveled extensively picking up ethnic flavors and cuisines and owned/operated a series of successful restaurants here in Lake County. Chef Lee is the adoring dad of 2 super energetic and wonderful kiddos.
