Steak Diane is a classic – Chef David will take you through an evening of preparing, cooking and enjoying this fantastic meal. Steak Diane is simply a perfectly cooked prime steak, but served with a flambeed cognac sauce using the drippings from the steak pan sear, adding an elegant look and rich flavor. We’ll also prepare bolangre potatoes (french scalloped potato dish) and a salad, and a glass of wine to enjoy. This will be a great meal and a fun evening.
