When we think of steak, we think of BBQing, summer time, and people gathered in the backyard to be served a juicy perfectly prepared steak. Whether it’s winter time or the midst of summer in the Midwest this class is must for learning the techniques of using cast Iron to cook your steaks.
You will learn how to use a cast iron pan for pan searing the Ribeye, everyday use, and cleaning-its not as worrisome as most people think.
Add in creamy tender Scalloped Potatoes, a Wedge Salad with homemade Blue Cheese Dressing, and Roasted Asparagus, now you have a ‘any weather’ meal thats comforting and delicious.
A glass of wine and a small charcuterie board will be served with dinner.

If you cannot make your reservation, we do encourage you to attempt to find someone that would enjoy attending. We can only issue a credit for you to attend a future event (6 month expiration). Within 72 hours we are not able to offer a credit as we’ve already incurred food and help costs.
