Come join us for this classic! Chef Laura will guide you as you make a chai old fashioned cocktail to start the evening. The main course will be a reverse sear method ribeye steak accompanied by a wedge salad, scalloped potatoes, and roasted asparagus. Chef Laura will teach you this easy reverse sear technique for cooking steaks perfectly every time. She will also talk about the use and care of your cast iron pan and how it is easier than you think to maintain. This is a class not to miss!
Participation: Demonstration/Chef Side Table Event. You will make your own cocktail and then CHef Laura will walk you through each course and give you lots of tips and tricks along the way.
