We’re doing our own spin on ‘Surf and Turf’.
For a full participation class, Chef Mario will assist you in pan searing your own scallops and putting together individual Beef Wellington – Puff pastry filled with a Prime cut Beef Tenderloin, fresh mushrooms and a rich brown beef gravy.
Served with a Roasted stone fruit salad and a seasonal vegetable from the local Farms Market.
