Sushi!

Chef Soban is ready to teach you the art of rolling your own sushi. Bring your questions, grab an apron and let’s get rolling! By the end of the class, you’ll have the skills and confidence to create your own delicious sushi at home while enjoying an amazing meal and evening out. Join us for a fun and flavorful experience!

Participation Cooking Class: Aprons and workstations will be set up for you while your Chef-Instructor walks you through each course and giving you lots of tips and tricks along the way.

Menu:

• Miso Soup welcoming dish
• Spicy Tuna Ahi: Leaner, bright red, and clean-tasting
• California Rolls with Wild Caught Salmon high marbling, soft bite, and rich fatty oils
• Red Snapper lean, clean, mildly sweet, and delicate flavor with a firm, fine texture
• Sushi Rice
• Wasabi, Ginger, Soy Sauce

• sushi grade fish, the differences
• making rice- the right way
• the proper way to roll using mats
• different sauces
