Celebrate spring’s sweetest star — the strawberry — in a hands‑on class that’s equal parts cozy, creative, and delicious. We’ll roast berries until they’re jammy and fragrant, pair them with creamy burrata, glaze tender chicken and shrimp in a sweet‑spicy strawberry sauce, and finish with the dreamiest buttermilk strawberry shortcake crowned with vanilla bean whipped cream. It’s a joyful, social night in the kitchen where every dish tastes like sunshine and good company.
Participation Cooking Class: Aprons and workstations will be set up for you while your Chef-Instructor walks you through each course and giving you lots of tips and tricks along the way.
