Chef Laura will give you suggestions for a variety of bowls to make at home and the family will enjoy.
You will learn: the proper marinade for tuna and tofu, the making of sushi rice- it’s an ‘art’ in Asia, sauces- the sauce has to be right, getting the right flavor profile and thickness.
