Gale Gand is an American pastry chef, cookbook author, and television personality. She has been an executive pastry chef at several high-end restaurants in the United States and has won several James Beard Foundation Awards for her work. We are so grateful that she continues to share her passion for pastries through teaching at The Joyful Gourmet!

Victoria Sponge Cake with Strawberries and Whipped cream (Queen Victoria’s favorite cake)
“Tray Bake” of Flap Jack which is delicious bar made with Oats, Butter, and Brown Sugar
Mary Berry’s Viennese Whirls (buttery piped cookie filled with butter cream and jam)

If you cannot make your reservation, we do encourage you to attempt to find someone that would enjoy attending. We can only issue a credit for you to attend a future event (6 month expiration). Within 72 hours we are not able to offer a credit as we’ve already incurred food and help costs.
