Tuscan Inspired Balsamic Flank Steak

Thursday, June 20

Savor the taste of la dolce vita with us as we embark on a culinary journey through the rolling hills of Tuscany, where the flavors of Italy’s rich culinary heritage come alive in every bite.  Join us for a cooking class that’s a true celebration of Tuscan cuisine! We’ll start with a show-stopping balsamic marinated flank steak, paired with tender oven-roasted cherry tomatoes and garlic scalloped potatoes and artichokes.  And to add a pop of color to our plate, we’ll create a vibrant roasted red pepper salad that’s sure to delight.  As we wrap up our culinary adventure, remember that the true secret to Tuscan cooking is not just about the ingredients, but about the love and passion that goes into every dish. So go ahead, add a little dolce vita to your own cooking routine, and buon appetito!
