1st Course: Salad, Arugula Mixed Greens, Fennel, Cranberries, Orange-Ginger Dressing
2nd Course: Scallops, Celery Root Puree, Brown Butter, Lemon, capers, and Chives
3rd Course: Steak au Poivre (Peppered steak with cognac cream sauce), Risotto, Glazed Carrots
