It’s not often we get to enjoy a Grouper unless you are on a tropical island. I’m thrilled Chef Dave is doing the class, I think everyone is in for a real treat. Chef Dave will show you how to prepare, season and cook the Grouper. Â With this being a light participation Chef Dave welcomes your help, don’t be shy, step up to stir the pot.
Grouper- Baked with Herbs, lemon, butter
Saffron Risotto with Fresh Parmesan cheese, white wine, shallots
Wedge Salad with Homemade Blue Cheese Dressing and bacon
