Wine Tasting – Old world & New World Wines with Sommelier Pierre Asti

Our next wine education and tasting seminar will cover that very topic. By the time you’ve finished with this session you’ll

• understand the difference between the two,
• see and taste the difference why the same grape varietal from different parts of the world will smell and taste so different and
• determine which you like better and why.

Sommelier Pierre Asti travels the country advising on wine and hosting tastings.  Come join Pierre Saturday evening 7-9pm for a night of exploring old world vs new world wines.   You’ll start and end the tasting with a mystery pour (it is old world or new, and why?  What is it?), then sample a new and old world white and red.   At the end, you’ll get a pour of your favorite glass and enjoy some light bites with the group.
