Just in time for hosting during the holidays! Help Chef Dave create two French holiday classics: Buche de Noel – a heavenly dessert roll layered with flourless chocolate cake, cream and ganache, and the classic creme brûlée. This is an afternoon class – sample your work with a mug of coffee or a sparkling wine. This is an afternoon class that includes participation for those that want to help.
