Join us for an exciting hands-on cooking class where you’ll learn to create a delicious menu featuring unique recipes that highlight beer as an ingredient! Start with the indulgent Welsh Rarebit, a rich beer and cheese fondue, then master the art of steaming mussels in lager for a flavorful seafood dish. Next, we’ll prepare succulent beer-brined pork chops paired with crispy beer-battered asparagus. Finally, enhance your meal with a refreshing coleslaw that includes a zesty beer dressing. If you cannot make your reservation, we do encourage you to attempt to find someone that would enjoy attending. We can only issue a credit for you to attend a future event (6 month expiration). Within 72 hours we are not able to offer a credit as we’ve already incurred food and help costs.
