Advanced Baking: Camp (Ages 12+)
Monday: Quick Breads/Cookies – Biscuits, Marbled bread, Popovers, Rugelach
Tuesday: French Pastries – Vanilla madeleines w/ chocolate ganache, Napoleons, Pastry cream, Savory galettes
Wednesday: Yeast Breads – Cinnamon sugar babka, Jalapeno cheddar pretzels, Ciabatta bread, Glazed donuts
Thursday: Custards – Finish baking ciabatta, Making sandwiches with the bread that they baked, Chocolate mousse, Buttermilk panna cotta w/ raspberry mash, Flan, Berries & cream (creme anglaise)
Friday: Chocolate Desserts – Chocolate souffle w/ crème anglaise, Chocolate truffles, Chocolate covered strawberry swiss roll cake
Students will enhance their culinary skills and gain confidence in the kitchen while having a blast. Join us from Monday to Friday,12:30-3:30pm, for a class full of fun and flavors.

Camp is Monday through Friday from 12:30-3:30pm. Must be able to participate in all 5 days. No partial refunds will be available.
