Join our hands-on Mexican bread baking class, where you’ll learn to create delightful treats from scratch! Master the art of making Conchas, Guerno Polveado, Champurrado. Chef Liz has deep knowledge of traditional Mexican breads (“pan dulce”, etc.) — the kinds of breads many home bakers haven’t made before. You’ll get hands‑on experience: shaping dough, working with specific kinds of sugars, topping, flavors, and textures that are characteristic of Mexican bread. You’ll get techniques that carry over into other baking: yeast handling, proofing, shaping, finishing, flavor balancing. Troubleshooting: knowing what to do if dough is too wet, not rising well, or browning too fast, etc.
This interactive class is a wonderful opportunity to explore the rich flavors of Mexican baking while enjoying a fun, creative environment!
