Step into the kitchen with Chef Gina Bangser, the Tastetress, for a hands‑on Italian‑inspired feast that celebrates the bright, vibrant flavors of spring. In this class, you’ll learn to fry Artichokes to golden, crispy perfection and pair them with a DIY  Aioli. From there, we’ll bake succulent Shrimp —simple, elegant, and unbelievably delicious. You’ll stir your way to a silky Spring Risotto, then wrap it all up with a dreamy Citrus Mascarpone Cream topped with fresh berries. Come cook, taste, laugh, and leave with recipes you’ll want to make all season long.

This class brings the bright, relaxed cooking of Italy’s seaside kitchens to the table—fresh seafood, vibrant vegetables, and citrus-forward dishes perfect for welcoming warmer days.

Participation Cooking Class: Aprons and workstations will be set up for you while your Chef-Instructor walks you through each course and giving you lots of tips and tricks along the way.

If you cannot make your reservation, we do encourage you to attempt to find someone that would enjoy attending. We can only issue a credit for you to attend a future event (6 month expiration). Within 72 hours we are not able to offer a credit as we’ve already incurred food and help costs.
