Fire up your summer cooking skills with a hands‑on menu inspired by the sun‑soaked flavors of Tuscany. You’ll start with a Grilled Caesar Salad, smoky, crisp, and totally irresistible. Learn how to prep, oil, season, and grill romaine so it chars without wilting or burning; understanding heat zones and timing.
Then dive into the star of the night: Bistecca Fiorentina, a classic Tuscan grilled steak that’s bold, juicy, and beautifully simple. In this class we teach how to manage cast‑iron heat + smoke + aromatics — when it enhances and when it distracts from the Tuscan style.
Additionally, you’ll craft vibrant Burst Cherry Tomatoes and Ricotta, to layer on local made fresh pasta- a dish that feels like peak summer in every bite. And for dessert, you’ll head back to the flame for Grilled Peaches with Amaretto Whipped Cream — sweet, warm, and absolutely dreamy.
It’s a relaxed, social class where you’ll cook, taste, and learn new techniques that make summer cooking shine.
Participation Cooking Class: Aprons and workstations will be set up for you while your Chef-Instructor walks you through each course and giving you lots of tips and tricks along the way.
