Beef Wellington

In this cooking class, you will learn how to make the classic and luxurious dish, Beef Wellington. Join us as chef Dave walks you through the process of making Beef Wellington.  Along the way, you will pick up tips for ensuring the right texture and seasoning. By the end of the class, you'll have a gourmet meal that you can make for friends or family. 

This will be a demonstration, chef side table class.  The chef will be cooking for you and giving you tips and tricks along the way.  

Beef Wellington (Puff Pastry Wrapped Fillet) with Demi-glace
Winter Vegetables (Parsnips, Turnips, Rutabagas)
Dauphinoise Potatoes (French Gratin)
Chocolate Mousse

A glass of wine or beer is included with the event.  Additional glasses are available for purchase from the wine bar.

If you cannot make your reservation, we do encourage you to attempt to find someone that would enjoy attending. We can only issue a credit for you to attend a future event (6 month expiration). Within 72 hours we are not able to offer a credit as we’ve already incurred food and help costs.
