A cast iron ribeye is a thick, juicy and flavorful steak that is cooked on high heat in a cast iron skillet. The cast iron skillet helps to create a carmelized crust while keeping the inside of the steak tender and juicy. You will also learn how to care for your cast iron skillet to keep it perfectly seasoned!
