A cast iron ribeye is a thick, juicy and flavorful steak that is cooked on high heat in a cast iron skillet.  The cast iron skillet helps to create a carmelized crust while keeping the inside of the steak tender and juicy.  You will also learn how to care for your cast iron skillet to keep it perfectly seasoned!

Recipes are not available for this class.  Chef Dave will give you lots of tips and tricks as he creates this culinary masterpiece for you!

A glass of wine or beer is included in the cost of the class.  Additional glasses may be purchased at the wine bar.

Reservations can be changed or cancelled for full refund up to 5 days prior to the event date. At 5 days we can only refund 50%, or move your reservation to an already scheduled event that has availability.
