Custards are easier than you think to make. Come in on this Thursday to learn from Chef Laura the tricks to making two different custards.

Classic Creme Brûlée with a burnt sugar, oh so sweet, who doesn’t like breaking the sugar on top.

No bake Panna Cotta served with port wine strawberries.

You will learn different cooking techniques for each of these desserts to fulfill your custardy sweet tooth. Getting the right thickness – testing from the ‘back of a spoon’, what happens when your custard separates and how to fix it.

Tea and Coffee are complimentary. Wine and beer are available for purchase.

Reservations can be changed or cancelled for full refund up to 5 days prior to the event date. At 5 days we can only refund 50%, or move your reservation to an already scheduled event that has availability.
