In this hands-on cooking class you’ll learn to create an indulgent pasta dish highlighted by creamy, fragrant butternut squash.  Pair the pasta with a warm and toasty mushroom bruschetta and a roasted cauliflower side dish that perfectly compliments the pasta’s rich flavors.  Unleash your inner chef and enjoy a hearty Italian feast!

  • Fettuccini with Italian Sausage Butternut Squash Sauce

What you will Learn:

  • How to make mushroom bruschetta
  • How to make caesar dressing
  • How to make pasta dough
  • How to roll out the pasta and cut it to make fettuccini
  • How to make butternut squash sauce

Reservations can be changed or cancelled for full refund up to 5 days prior to the event date. At 5 days we can only refund 50%, or move your reservation to an already scheduled event that has availability.
