Farm & Sea: A Summer Harvest Table

Friday, August 22
$99.00

Join us for a celebration of summer’s peak flavors, where the bounty of the farm meets the freshness of the sea. Chef Lee Kuebler embraces simplicity, balance, and the beauty of seasonal ingredients. After a unique Chef’s Table experience you will be presented with a dish that’s light, bright, and full of coastal charm.

Start with a stunning grilled summer stone fruit salad, paired with crisp frisée, creamy goat cheese, and a fragrant basil-tarragon vinaigrette—a dish that balances sweetness, acidity, and herbaceous depth. Then, Chef will share tips and tricks for gently poaching branzino, a delicate white fish, and serve it with oven-roasted local tomatoes and a zesty lemon aioli—a dish that’s light, bright, and full of coastal charm.

This class is perfect for home cooks who appreciate clean, seasonal flavors and want to explore techniques that let quality ingredients shine. Enjoy a menu that’s as fresh as it is elegant—perfect for warm-weather entertaining or simply elevating your everyday meals.
