Halibut Meunière – Classically Elegant

Seriously thought, this is a classic French fish dish that is light in its content, flavorful in its body, and very appealing to the eye.  It’s also a favorite of Miss Julia Childs.

Tonights menu is simple yet really packs a flavor punch with the homemade cream of Mushroom soup. The Salad, simple but with the dimension of fresh herbs as its base make for a soft companion between the soup and main course.

Chef Andy will give you a great tutorial on French cooking and probably introduce to some thing new with the Potatoes Fondant.  Join us!

Cream of Mushroom soup

Fresh Herbed Salad

Meunière – Halibut sautéed in a brown butter, lemon, caper sauce…..very French

Potato Fondant – cut in to coins, seared then braise in Chicken Stock


A glass of wine will be served with dinner, additional to purchase. Coffee and Tea are complimentary

Reservations can be changed or cancelled for full refund up to 5 days prior to the event date. At 5 days we can only refund 50%, or move your reservation to an already scheduled event that has availability.
