Seriously thought, this is a classic French fish dish that is light in its content, flavorful in its body, and very appealing to the eye. It’s also a favorite of Miss Julia Childs.
Tonights menu is simple yet really packs a flavor punch with the homemade cream of Mushroom soup. The Salad, simple but with the dimension of fresh herbs as its base make for a soft companion between the soup and main course.
