Step into an intimate Chef’s Table dining experience with Chef Lee Keubler where seasonal ingredients, classic technique, and thoughtful presentation come together in a warm, welcoming setting. Designed for guests who appreciate slow dining and meaningful flavors, this menu celebrates the richness of autumn with French-inspired dishes crafted to be savored course by course.
Begin with Humboldt Fog goat cheese, delicately melted over toasted baguette slices and set atop local greens. Crisp autumn apples, toasted walnuts, and a balanced Dijon–honey vinaigrette bring brightness and texture to this elegant opening course.
Next, enjoy freshly steamed mussels, gently cooked in dry Normandy cider with shallots and thyme, finished with a touch of cream. Served with crusty bread for dipping, this course is comforting, aromatic, and deeply satisfying.
The evening concludes with a French-style braised pork loin, slow-cooked until tender with prunes, onions, cognac, and white wine. Rich yet refined, this dish reflects the heart of classic French cuisine—warm, soulful, and beautifully composed.
This Chef’s Table experience is more than a meal; it’s a carefully paced journey through flavor, season, and craftsmanship—meant to be enjoyed in good company and unique atmosphere.
