With Chef David’s joyful energy and guidance, you’ll learn to make fresh pasta sheets and turn them into shells, create mouthwatering dishes, and have a blast in the kitchen. You’ll start by creating your own dressing for Panzanella Salad, a rustic Tuscan favorite bursting with ripe tomatoes, crisp cucumbers, fresh herbs, and toasted bread cubes tossed in a zesty vinaigrette. Then, roll up your sleeves to prepare jumbo pasta shells generously filled with creamy ricotta, fresh herbs, and a touch of Parmesan. These will be nestled into a rich pesto sauce for a comforting, aromatic main dish. Cannoli’s will be provided by Tony Cannoli in Mundelein.
