Homemade Cannoli: Students will create crisp, golden pastry shells and fill them with a sweet, creamy ricotta mixture, garnished with chocolate chips or candied fruit.

Coconut Tres Leches Cake: A tropical twist on the classic Latin American dessert, this moist cake is soaked in a blend of coconut milk, evaporated milk, and sweetened condensed milk, topped with whipped cream and toasted coconut.

Mango Sorbet with Baklava Crumble: A refreshing, dairy-free mango sorbet paired with a crunchy, nutty baklava crumble, offering a fusion of flavors and textures.
Throughout the class, children will develop essential kitchen skills, including measuring, mixing, and decorating, all while fostering creativity and confidence in the kitchen. Each session concludes with a tasting of the day’s creations.Â
