Join us for a hands-on experience in creating delicious traditional Korean dumplings, or “mandu”! In this class, you’ll explore the rich flavors of Korean cuisine. The instructor will guide you through the process of preparing the dough, wrapping the dumplings, and cooking them to perfection.
No experience required – whether you’re a beginner or an experienced cook, you’ll walk away with new skills and the recipe to recreate the dish at home.
What to Expect:
- Introduction to Mandu: Learn about the history and cultural significance of Korean dumplings.
- Hands-On Cooking: You’ll get to create your own dumplings, from mixing the fillings to shaping them.
- Tasting & Enjoying: Once your dumplings are cooked, enjoy the fruits of your labor with other participants.
Hands-On – Participation Cooking Class: Aprons and workstations will be set up for you while your Chef-Instructor walks you through each course and giving you lots of tips and tricks along the way.
