Who doesn’t love pasta, stuffed or smothered in a red sauce – sweet and savory. Most of us will buy stuffed pasta shells whether is be tortellini or ravioli. In this class you will learn to make the right type of pasta for stuffing. You will also learn to make the lemony Ricotta filling and how to pipe it onto the ‘little hats’ which is what Cappelletti means.
Chef Andy who is an expert at making this pasta will pair it with a Little Gem Caesar salad topped with a homemade caesar dressing.
The pasta is served in a lemony butter sauce with winter vegetables.
For protein, he will make Braised Chicken thighs adding it into the lemony pasta sauce.
A complete meal.
A glass of wine and a small charcuterie board will be served with dinner.
