Lobster mac and cheese, though considered a gourmet dish now, is actually a blend of two humble foods that were both once considered a poor man’s meal. Lobsters were abundant and seen as low-quality food in colonial times, while mac and cheese became popular during the Great Depression as an inexpensive, filling meal.  Join us as Chef Mario teaches you how to make the perfect lobster mac and cheese using agnolotti pasta from his company Pastabar Company.  The perfect blend of cheeses with fresh lobster – delicious!  Pair that with a beet, goat cheese and honey bruschetta and a brussel sproout casear salad and you tast buds will thank you for signing up!

If you cannot make your reservation, we do encourage you to attempt to find someone that would enjoy attending. We can only issue a credit for you to attend a future event (6 month expiration). Within 72 hours we are not able to offer a credit as we’ve already incurred food and help costs.
