Pasta is one of those dishes that can be turned into a million dishes that are all yummy, filling, and just plain comforting, this class is no exception.

Chef Laura will instruct you on making a Roasted Cauliflower Caesar salad, a nice change up from the traditional Romain salad, this one has a healthy twist.

Butternut Squash Angolotti ( Pillow Shaped filled pasta) topped with a sage cream sage…..sage isn’t just for Thanksgiving anymore.

Baked Sage Brined Chicken Breast, a technique usually saved for holidays, but the brine can be made in minutes, add your protein….this method really creates a moist and tender meat.  You’ll be surprised, and you’ll learn a new cooking technique.

Buttermilk Panna Cotta with caramelized pineapple.  No it’s not pudding or creme brûlée, but a more velvety textured dessert. Again easy to make and delicious
