“Raviolo” means “large ravioli” and is a favorite dish of Italian food lovers. Raviolo is a type of Italian pasta that is served as a single large piece, rather than small, individual piecces like most other pasta.
Menu:
- Tomato Burrata Salad with Grilled Sourdough Bread
- Raviolo stuffed with ricotta, spinach filling with a farm egg inside. Served with a brown butter parmesan sauce
- Grilled Broccolini with chili and lemon
- Honey panna cotta with fresh berries and granola
Participation: Participants will help with rolling out the pasta and then sit back and watch Chef Andy bring the meal together. He will give ou tips and tricks along the way.
