Traditionally we offer a class called Supper Club, but tonight Chef Laura is going to take it to another level with what’s called ‘Reverse Searing’.
She will use Prime cut Ribeyes and our well seasoned Cast Iron pans we use for all our Supper club dinners.
You will learn to proper way to season a cast iron and to cook the ribeyes they way you like with whether it’s rare, med or for some of you well-done.
There won’t be any traditional potato dishes but instead Asian inspired sweet and a little spice salad.
Sweet and a little spicy Glazed Carrots using Korean Red Pepper paste.

To start off the meal we thought we’d keep this traditional, a Classic Old Fashion.
