Christmas was a time for my grandmothers to show off their holiday cooking skills, I looked forward to it ever year. Sometimes there would be so much food, it was a feast for sure. This winter dinner is also a feast, Chef Mario has created a really nice dinner for those interested in holiday dining. Salad – Brussel Sprouts, Kale, Pears, Red Onion and Dijon Vinaigrette
Second Course – Whole Roasted Squash, Quinoa, Herbs, Maple Yogurt
Main Course – Crispy Chicken Thighs, White Beans, Spinach
Dessert – Carrot Cake, Cream Cheese Frosting
A glass of wine or beer is included in the cost of the event. Wine by the glass is available for purchase after the first.

This is a chef-demonstration event, but recipes will be available and you will leave the event with lots of tips and tricks for these dishes and overall cooking techniques!
